Launch is for missional builders. You’re an aspiring ministry founder, church planter, nonprofit leader, creative, evangelist, or Gospel entrepreneur.
Launch is built for people early in the journy. If you are too early to explain what you generally want to build, or too far along to benefit from foundational design and validation work, Launch is probably not the right fit. -
Launch is not for people looking for general life direction, nor for people who already have a team, funding, and a clear plan.
It is also not for any vague values-driven startup concept. We want projects that aim to make disciples, strengthen Christian community, and advance a compelling Gospel witness in culture and society. -
Participants bring new church plants, nonprofits, disciple-making initiatives, media projects, missional businesses, missional technology, and other expressions of Gospel mission. If it equips the Church, makes disciples, or advances the Gospel in society and culture, it likely belongs here.
-
You’ll leave with greater clarity around your calling and vision, practical next steps, feedback from experienced leaders, and a roadmap for moving forward. You’ll also gain relationships with other builders who understand the journey you’re on.

-
Launch is designed as a starting point. Participants may continue building independently, stay connected through the Missional Labs network, or explore future opportunities for coaching, partnership, or advanced programs.
-
We partner with churches that want to better identify, form, and send the builders already emerging within their community. Churches can sponsor participants, send teams, or explore ongoing partnership opportunities with Missional Labs to help cultivate new ministry initiatives from within their congregation.
-
We believe the Church needs builders again. Every generation faces new mission frontiers, but many emerging founders lack the formation they need to begin. Launch exists to help missional builders take the first faithful step.
