WHAT LAUNCH IS

Launch is a 3-day intensive for early stage builders. You refine your idea, leave with a clarified venture design, develop a 4-minute pitch and an action plan, and build a network of peers and mentors.

FORM THE FOUNDER

Isolation kills more ministries than opposition. Launch surrounds every builder with practitioners who've been where they're going and peers in the same fight.

DESIGN THE VENTURE

Calling is not a plan. Every venture gets practitioner pressure until it's clear enough to explain, honest enough to test, and durable enough to fund.

CONNECT TO COMMUNITY

Churches sponsor their builders in. Foundations see what's emerging. The best builders enter a pathway to Venture Lab — where ventures get built to last.

WHY?  THE LAUNCH GAP

The Church is good at activating leaders, but when it's time to build something new, there's little support. Leaders need help in the critical stage between vision and venture, where clarity, strategy, connections, and resources make the difference between an idea and a movement.

That's the launch gap. We help you get through it.

WORKSHOPS AT LAUNCH

We’ve distilled our best accelerator frameworks into a 3 day intensive, to help you get clear on the fundamentals of what you’re building.

THE PROBLEM

Who are you for? Discover who you're really serving, what's really broken for them, and how you know it's real problem to solve.

THEOLOGICAL VISION

Why is this Missional? Name the Gospel DNA in your venture, not as an aspiration, but as a structural reality in your design.

CORE MODEL

What are you really building? Design a clear, one-page description of your venture, who it serves, how it works, and how it sustains.

BUILDER AMBITION

Why you, why now? Articulate the intersection of your calling, your credibility, and this specific moment. You are the asset and the risk.

STORY & POSITIONING

Can you make someone care in 60 seconds? Learn to tell the story of your venture in a way that moves the people you're trying to reach.

FUNDING MODEL

How does this outlive your energy? Build a sustainability model that doesn't depend on one donor or the founder never sleeping.

FOR THE BUILDERS.

Launch is for you. Whether you're a church planter, ministry founder, movement catalyst, Gospel entrepreneur, or technology builder, the right start makes all the difference. All you need is a Kingdom vision and a willingness to build.

  • Reaching people who don't know Jesus and forming believers who do. New approaches to evangelism, discipleship models, and outreach in post-Christian contexts.

  • Starting new churches, gatherings, and faith communities, in neighborhoods, cities, and contexts where they don't yet exist.

  • Serving the vulnerable, addressing systemic need, and blessing communities through Gospel-motivated action.

  • Building businesses, social enterprises, and organizations at the intersection of faith and the marketplace.

  • Creating tools, platforms, content, and digital products that extend the reach and capacity of the Gospel.

  • Engaging cross-cultural and global opportunities — new strategies for unreached peoples, diaspora communities, and frontier contexts.

FAQ

  • Launch is for the stage between vision and venture. You have a sense of calling, a people you want to reach, and a direction — but you haven't yet built the thing. You need help getting clear and figuring out what you’re building and how to build it.

  • You’ll get three days with leaders who've built proven ministries, peers on the journey, and a process that clarifies what you’re building and saves you time. What happens in three days can shape three years. Missional Labs is the launchpad for missional builders and this is where it starts.

  • Seats are generally subsidized by church and ministry partners. Most builders come through their church or partner network. We also accept direct applications — reach out and we'll help you find the right path in. All builders cover their own travel to the event.

  • Builders leave with a tested design and a 90-day action plan. The strongest builders are invited into Venture Lab, our longer-term program where ventures get built to last.

  • Churches, networks, movements, and denominations partner with Launch to sponsor builders from their communities. We offer tiered partnership levels based on the number of builders you want to send and the depth of engagement you're looking for. Reach out directly to explore what fits.

  • You invest in the first step for builders who are equipped, clear-eyed, and activated. Organizations that back their builders don't just launch ventures, they unlock a culture of Gospel innovation and entrepreneurial energy in their community, which fuels mission and movement. That's the real return.
