Launchpad is a 3-day immersive sprint that helps leaders move from idea to prototype, distilling the best of our cohort experience into an intense, high-impact format.

Across three days of workshops, mentorship, and design sessions, you’ll clarify your vision, pressure-test your concept, and build early traction in the real world. Each Launchpad gathers 30 innovators pursuing bold new ministries, movements, and redemptive ventures.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell us about your idea, calling, or emerging venture. We select 30 leaders who are exploring bold, Jesus-centered possibilities for mission and renewal.
Across three immersive days, you’ll clarify your vision, design a prototype, and test your concept using our proven venture frameworks and hands-on coaching.
You’ll leave with a tangible prototype, a validation plan, and clear next steps you can act on immediately, whether that means launching, iterating, or preparing for further development.
After Launchpad, you stay connected to peers, mentors, and next-step opportunities inside the wider Missional Labs ecosystem.
