A 12-week environment where leaders turn calling into a growing ministry or venture. You’ll gain spiritual grounding, practical venture design skills, deep mentorship, and real peer community and growth partners as you build.

Our sweet spot is “early,” meaning you have conviction, vision, or an early prototype but haven't properly launched or started expanding yet. Too early is better than too late.

This is formation, strategic support, and ongoing community for early stage builders.

Hybrid. The core of the program is weekly virtual sessions and virtual mentoring 1:1s. Some programs have in-person kickoffs; all programs have in-person demo days at the end to present your work and connect with partners, mentors, and potential supporters.

The program is a mix of content, peer learning, venture coaching, mentoring, and prayer/spiritual formation.
The curriculum arc looks like this:
Phase 1 - We blend theological grounding with personal calling underlying vision and mission discernment.
Phase 2 - We focus on validating your core model, looking at business model, program model, and organizational model.Phase 3 - We bring everything together, focusing on positioning, storytelling, and pitching, leading to the finale demo day with partners and funders.

You join the Missional Labs alumni community, an ongoing network of partners, mentors, coaching, friendships, and continued support as you grow. Many alumni become mentors for future cohorts or collaborate on new ventures together.

Plan for ~6 hours per week: group sessions, one-on-one coaching, independent work, and peer collaboration. It's intensive but designed for busy leaders who are building while they learn.

Share your venture through our form and we'll evaluate it for cohort fit. We're selective (about 30% acceptance rate) to ensure the right mix of ventures and founders. Whether accepted or not, we'll provide feedback and guidance on your best next steps within two weeks.
