Our venture studio helps Churches and ministry organizations collaborate together, to design and build what’s next.

We’re your innovation partner. Our venture studio is a faith-based collaborative platform for designing and building bold, high-impact initiatives that address the Church's biggest challenges.

Our Studio:

Missional Imagination

Our starting point is the Great Commission, reflecting the call of the Church to make disciples of all nations.

Ministry Design & Development

We generate, refine, and develop new ventures in collaboration with key partners and stakeholders from the Church and ministry sector globally.

Kingdom Impact

We prioritize projects that require multiple stakeholders, long-term development, and cross-sector collaboration, for big-picture impact.

Our Process:

  • The journey begins with identifying and evaluating promising ideas. These may emerge from consulting engagements, insights from faith-based leaders, or challenges brought forward by organizations. The studio carefully assesses each idea, asking: What potential does this hold? How can we bring it to life?

Through research, stakeholder input, and exploratory workshops, the studio refines and validates ideas, selecting those with the greatest alignment to mission, scalability, and impact.

  • Once an idea is chosen, the studio collaborates with partners to develop a clear and actionable vision. This is not a hands-off advisory process—the studio actively engages as a co-creator, assembling the right mix of talent, resources, and strategies.

    • Strategic Frameworks: A detailed roadmap is developed, addressing key questions such as: Who will benefit? How will this operate? What defines success?

    • Team Formation: The studio recruits the necessary expertise, bringing together innovators, designers, and subject-matter experts to execute the project.

    • Prototyping and Testing: Early pilots and experiments are conducted to refine the concept and ensure feasibility.

This phase is highly iterative, balancing creativity with disciplined planning to shape a strong foundation for the venture.

  • With a robust plan and prototype in place, the studio transitions the venture from concept to implementation. This involves equipping the new initiative with everything needed for a successful launch:

    • Operational systems and workflows are established to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

    • A compelling brand and communication strategy are crafted to engage key audiences effectively.

    • Seed funding is secured through the studio’s network of funders, partners, and donors, providing the financial foundation for early growth.

When the time is right, the venture is launched with confidence and precision, positioned for maximum impact.

  • The studio’s commitment extends beyond the launch. Post-launch, it continues to provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure the venture thrives over time. This includes:

    • Ongoing mentorship and coaching to help leaders address challenges and pursue growth opportunities.

    • Access to partnerships, networks, and additional funding channels to amplify the venture’s reach.

    • Strategic input on scaling models, operational adjustments, or potential integrations.

Some ventures grow into independent organizations, while others integrate back into the originating partner as a strategic extension of their mission.

Our Agenda:

Our studio is dedicated to addressing the pressing challenges facing the global Church today. Through bold, collaborative initiatives, we aim to catalyze large-scale innovation in these five key areas:

  • Challenge: Many Christians struggle to connect their faith to daily life, especially in increasingly secularized and digitally saturated contexts.
    Our Focus:

    • Develop hybrid models of discipleship that integrate technology and community.

    • Create culturally relevant resources for spiritual growth in diverse settings (urban, rural, diaspora).

    • Equip leaders to guide others in practicing faith amid cultural and ethical complexity.

  • Challenge: The Church lags in leveraging technology to engage digitally native generations.
    Our Focus:

    • Build robust digital evangelism strategies, including VR/AR worship and AI-driven content.

    • Equip churches to navigate ethical challenges like AI, bioengineering, and data privacy.

    • Use technology to scale Bible translation, theological education, and missions.

  • Challenge: Young people are increasingly disengaging from traditional church structures, requiring fresh approaches to connect with their unique spiritual and cultural realities.
    Our Focus:

    • Create innovative, youth-centered discipleship programs that speak to the challenges and questions of Gen Z and Millennials.

    • Leverage storytelling, social media, and digital tools to engage the next generation authentically.

    • Equip churches and leaders to build communities that foster belonging, purpose, and spiritual growth for younger audiences.

  • Challenge: Churches face increasing marginalization, polarization, and financial strain in a rapidly changing cultural landscape.
    Our Focus:

    • Reimagine churches as hubs of community renewal, cultural engagement, and spiritual growth.

    • Develop sustainable church models, including social enterprises, multi-use spaces, and new ministry expressions like house churches or workplace fellowships.

    • Equip pastors and leaders with tools to navigate cultural challenges, build resilient congregations, and foster emotional and spiritual health.

  • Challenge: The demographics of Christianity are shifting southward and eastward, creating new mission opportunities.
    Our Focus:

    • Equip leaders in the Global South with resources, training, and technology to lead locally and globally.

    • Develop innovative strategies to reach unreached people groups and urban megacities.

    • Support bi-vocational and marketplace missionaries integrating mission into their work.
