Tyler is the Founder and Executive Director of Missional Labs, the global launchpad for missional builders. He focuses on forming innovative leaders and helping them build what’s next for Gospel impact on the frontiers of the Church.
A missiologist, pastor, and entrepreneur, Tyler brings over 15 years of experience across global missions, church planting, and organizational design, working with leaders around the world to launch Gospel-centered initiatives. Since 2022, Missional Labs programs have catalyzed 75+ early-stage ventures worldwide, becoming a trusted partner for churches, ministries, and institutions investing in the next generation of builders.
Before founding Missional Labs, Tyler spent six years building Church of the City New York, helping architect a movement that launched numerous ministries and networks. He served with Praxis in the redemptive entrepreneurship space and spent six years with OneHope advancing next-generation Scripture engagement globally. He was named a Lausanne Younger Leader in 2016.
Tyler holds a BA in Economics and Global Studies from Azusa Pacific University, an MA in Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary, and is completing a Doctor of Missiology. He lives in Nashville with his wife and two daughters.
