10Ten Project
A one year experience of adventure and renewal with other Christian leaders.
-
As pastors and leaders, we get it. We believe that Christian leaders and pastors deserve the right to be fully alive and yet many are struggling under the weight of unrealistic expectations, a lack of leadership training and isolation. This is why we started the 10Ten Project.
-
In 2022, Barna surveyed pastors, and over 40% confessed to reaching crisis levels of burnout. At 10TEN Project, we are creating safe spaces for leaders to say ALL of the things they need to say to help prevent burnout or moral failure.
-
We create connection, coaching, and care for our leaders by a year of adventure, monthly leadership coaching, and intensive group counseling experience.
-
In our first three years, we have served 70 pastors and leaders who represent over 1.3M believers. Our goal is to help those believers and the leaders avoid the collateral damage from a moral failure in the Church.
