A world increasingly shaped by AI ushers in a profoundly skeptical and truth-seeking time in history. We believe the art of parables exists to awaken human curiosity. To awaken the human capacity for emotional discomfort and a deeper human longing for the true, good and beautiful way of life.

During Lent, we gather and create annual global screening experiences in urban cities with our flagship parable short films. Our new signature series ‘Fourthly’ is our regular hybrid talk show-verite documentary style stories with our collective of hosts awakening a generation of Christian thinkers.

In Lent 2025, we launched 2 global screening experiences in Tokyo and San Francisco premiering our parable short film. We hope to scale to 50 cities in the next 5 years. The product roadmap for ‘Fourthly’ will reimagine a modern-day missional TV network / OTT reaching 4 billion seekers and skeptics.

Always finding a way, or make one. Jan is a serial tentmaker whose home is on the road for over two decades: Growing a global TV and film career with the Olympics while church planting in Cambodia to Copenhagen to California. When not captaining Eight Parables and chasing her two little kids, Jan serves as an urban ministry strategist and adjunct faculty of International Studies in San Francisco.
