We serve individuals and small businesses who are seeking community & connection. We serve property owners by activating their buildings with life and making an impact in the community while providing attractive financial returns. We serve the kingdom by creating missional and pastoral opportunities in important and influential cities.

After spending 10ish years in property and business finance, I began a journey of discerning how God wanted to use my unique gifts to serve him and his kingdom. It led me to entrepreneurship and seeking ways that business could be a flywheel of impact in our neighbourhoods, cities, countries and world. I tested a variety of concepts as 'redemptive' and 'missional' businesses, but discovered that flexible workspace (in my estimation) had the greatest 'surface area' for directly connecting with people on a regular basis.

I'm very excited to imagine the possibilities of both equipping other missional leaders to build connections in their neighbourhoods and cities and to see the multiplication of the impact on hundreds and eventually thousands of people daily through the work of this project!

People are isolated and craving belonging more than ever. People used to find community and purpose at church, but today the vast majority have rejected the church and are left floundering. With locally focused flex workspaces we can serve these disconnected individuals.

Meanwhile, since people aren't seeking out the church, the workspaces become places of peace for building relationships and caring for people with the aim of eventually forming biblical community.

By forming partnerships with the property owner who finances the CAPEX, we reduce internal capital requirements with an asset-lite strategy.

We formed a centralised operational ‘hub’ to support a growing number of unique, local & ‘independent’ concepts then identify, train and equip a generation of missional leaders to manage and 'pastor' their community.

David Brown founded The Good Space Company in 2019 as a single coworking space. The company has now grown to 3 locations across London with plans for more. David has started several ventures including an outdoor apparel brand, an adventure travel guiding company, a home decor brand, and a niche textile manufacturer serving major US and international retail chains. David is also a founding Elder at Redeemer Queen’s Park church in Queen’s Park, London. David and his family live in London, UK
