The Missional Incubator is a cohort-based intensive for leaders in the early stages of launching new ministries, ventures, or Gospel movements.

Whether you're planting a church, building a discipleship tool, starting a redemptive business, or launching a media platform, we help you move from zero to one, with clarity, conviction, and community.

Over 12 weeks, you'll walk through a proven formation pathway that integrates spiritual formation, strategic design, and deep relationships, helping you lay the foundations for something faithful, innovative, and built to last.

  • Clarify your missional identity, spiritual burdens, and vocational direction as a foundation for your venture.

  • Analyze the social, cultural, and spiritual context of your mission field to identify where the Gospel is most needed.

  • Define the specific problem you’re addressing and the people you're serving, using empathy, missional incarnation, and theological insight.

  • Map out how your venture will create missional impact—from inputs to transformation—using a Gospel-centered logic model.

  • Identify key relationships, value flows, and support ecosystems essential to your venture’s launch and growth.

  • Design and test a simple, minimum viable version of your venture and gather real feedback from users or participants.

  • Explore different structures (nonprofit, business, hybrid) and sketch the core elements of your program, product, or service.

  • A 12-week hybrid program helping mission-minded Christian leaders from around the world design and launch new ministries and ventures, focused on the early stages of idea formation and venture development.

  • This program is designed for mission-minded entrepreneurial leaders, like Church planters, ministry founders, movement catalysts, social innovators, and other Gospel pioneers. You are a builder with a missionary heart.

  • This program is a hybrid cohort, with virtual coaching and content sessions, with an optional in-person kickoff, and an in-personal pitch event at the end.

  • Yes - this is a virtually-delivered global program.

    You’ll be organized into national or regional peer groups, and will be invited into whichever track makes the most sense for your geography, and be connected with the relevant coaches and mentors for your peer group.

    Your core program experience will be virtual with the full group.

  • You’ll invest a minimum of 4 hours per week for 12 weeks. Each week requires a 2 hour zoom call, as well as optional mentoring, coaching, office hours, and self-paced work.

  • The incubator is ideal for idea-stage or early-stage ventures. You’ve likely gotten started, but haven’t raised money or earned revenue yet, and you’re still validating your assumptions.

    Participants should have at least a well-formed idea and a clear sense of the problem they are solving and who they are solving it for.

  • The program costs $5,000 USD.

    Most participants find a sponsoring church, partner ministry, or donor/investor to raise the resources.

    We love to see that you are taking your project seriously and have some community growing behind your idea.
