Life To The Full is a coordination of Christian wellbeing services. Our three activities are 'Life Content' - books, speaking and podcasts. The 'Life Centre' is where we offer counselling and coaching. Finally 'Life Retreats' are a chance to go deeper by setting time apart with God and others. (Nonprofit)

  • Psychology, counselling and coaching are rapidly growing industries. We believe there is an untapped market niche in offering explicitly Christian services, which provide both kingdom benefit and commercial viability. With the advent of telehealth, services are now scalable on a global level.

  • Life Content serves as the loss leader, which funnels clients into the Life Centre. The Centre is the engine by which all other activities become commercially and missionally viable. Life Retreats allow clients to spend more focused time together with God and others in the process of formation.

  • We want to help people see that obstacles and suffering are where God often does his deepest work - a discovery of true joy, purpose and hope. We want to raise up generations of wounded healers - sent out to help others flourish and see every season of life as an opportunity to draw near to Christ.

  • Chris is a Sydney based pastor, author and speaker. He is the Director of Life To The Full, which is an extension his book, 'Down Not Out: Depression, Anxiety & The Difference Jesus Makes’. He is also about to release a second book titled ‘Here to Love: Recapturing the Centrality of Jesus’ Greatest Command'
