Oaks + Crown Leadership
Leadership development and discipleship community for emerging leaders in East Africa.
-
Oaks + Crown Leadership aims to raise up local leaders in Kenya and Uganda who understand their identities in Christ, are connected into joyful and vulnerable community, and are equipped with the leadership skills they need to bring about redemptive work in all areas of society. Our mission is to build a community of leaders who bring Kingdom transformation to East Africa.
-
When it comes to investing in the future of the East African region, there is painfully little being done to invest in local leaders, who represent the frontlines of change. In particular, we believe there is a critical opportunity with these leaders to ground leadership in their God-given identities, collectively build a Kingdom-minded culture and community, and then mobilize them into their missional calling as agents of transformation in their spheres of influence.
-
We offer a 3-month fellowship program focused on the themes of Kingdom, Identity, and Leadership, followed by life-long engagement with a vibrant and supportive community of leaders.
-
We see a future East Africa defined not by narratives of poverty or corruption, but of renewal and restoration driven by a generation of leaders formed in the way of Jesus, unafraid to dream differently about the future, and pursuing Kingdom culture in every aspect of society.
