Rise Collective

Rise Collective is a women’ ministry and non-profit organization that exists to raise up young women through discipleship, that they would be equipped to live full lives in the Spirit. We do this through gatherings and Bible study resources, with future vision for a NYC based residential discipleship program.

Our vision is for Rise Collective is to own a townhouse in NYC that will serve a small group of women in their early twenties in a year long residential discipleship program. During their time in the program the women will connect and learn from local pastors and leaders in the church, receive theological training, serve and live on mission in the city, and connect with mentors who follow Jesus in their prospective career paths.

Rise Collective is focused on discipleship through gatherings, Bible study resources, and, in the future, a NYC based residential discipleship program.

Multiplication of fruitful disciples of Jesus who are living activated in the Spirit and working with God as he brings the Kingdom to earth in their industries and workplaces.

Laura Leigh Turner is a native Arkansan making her home in New York City where she works in the performing arts industry and is the founder and CEO of Rise Collective. Rise Collective exists to multiply disciples of Jesus who are united in Christ, rooted in God’s Word and rising up for the glory of God. Laura Leigh also hosts “Living in the Light”, a podcast where she invites artists to share their stories of how Jesus has taken them from the dark and into his powerful light. She is an artist and a storyteller, and considers pursuing the presence of God to be the greatest delight of her life.
