Our accelerators are cohort-based intensives for missional leaders building new organizations shaping the future of discipleship and mission.

You will refine your venture vision, deepen your spiritual foundations, build new world-class friendships, and connect with a global network of leaders and funders.

Program Pillars:

Cities. You’ll join intensive, crafted events in key cities in our ecosystem, with deep immersions and exposure to key relationships in each city.

Content. You’ll learn proven frameworks on theology, leadership, and venture-building, from our faculty and mentors.

Coaching. Ongoing interaction with our core team and extended mentor network for direct feedback on your work.

Community. We’ll put you into a community that would take years to build, with with world-class leaders who become friends and advisors.

Capital. You’ll give your venture pitch to values-aligned funders, donors, and investors, and amplify your venture story.

Who You Are:

Our accelerators are for pioneering leaders actively building churches, ministries, movements, and mission-driven ventures that advance the Great Commission.

  • Your work is deeply rooted in the Gospel and focused on evangelism, church planting, discipleship, or innovative ministry. You’re building a growing organization towards Gospel impact.

  • You’re not just managing something; you’re designing, experimenting, launching, expanding, or scaling something with Gospel impact.

  • You desire deeper formation, renewal, and wisdom, knowing that spiritual health is essential for lasting impact.

  • You recognize the challenges of growth, leadership, and sustainability and want to sharpen your strategy and capacity to lead an organization.

  • You see mission as both local and global, and want to connect with leaders working across cultures, cities, and networks. You’re working in a global context.

  • Your ministry is ready to grow. You value structured support, high-caliber mentorship, and peer collaboration to strengthen your leadership.

  • We'll help you get validation on your core vision and offerings and save months of time. Our team and close community will support you with strategy, story, operations, program design, leadership, team building, personal maturity, and more.

  • We'll help you hone your core pitch, so you can clearly present your narrative vision to donors, partners, and other stakeholders. You'll have at least six significant pitch opportunities in the program.

    We’ll also amplify your story and work through our community and content channels.

  • You will grow theologically and spiritually through prayer and worship experiences, spiritual retreats, curated content, nd proven leaders who know the Lord deeply.

  • We'll help you develop a network of churches, leaders, ministries, mission organizations, and foundations around the world that would take years to build.

    We'll put you in front of our network to help you scale up your access to the leaders, funders, and builders that can help you.

  • The Missional Labs Accelerator is a 9-month formation and venture-building journey for early-stage ministry founders. We combine spiritual growth, expert coaching, and strategic connections to help you grow as a leader and build something transformational for God’s Kingdom.

  • This program is for bold, imaginative Christian leaders who are building innovative ministries (i.e. media initiatives, technology, discipleship, missions, church planting) for the Kingdom. If you have a clear sense of calling, a venture in its early stages, and a heart for solving big problems, we’d love to work with you.

  • Unlike traditional startup accelerators, we are focused on (1) your personal discipleship as a leader, and (2) we’re deeply focused on advancing the Gospel through our ventures.

    We are deeply connected in the world of Church, ministry, and global mission networks. If that’s the space you want to be in, we think we can help you.

    • Three in-person gatherings in NYC, San Francisco, and Oxford/London for workshops, networking, and spiritual retreats.

    • Access to funders, donors, and investors who align with your mission.

    • Expert guidance and mentorship from leaders in theology, business, media, and technology.

    • A supportive cohort of peers and mentors who will walk alongside you.

    • A focus on spiritual formation, strategy, and storytelling to help you build something sustainable and impactful.

  • The program costs $5000 (USD) per venture. We price this like an intense year of grad school.

    Thanks to our generous supporters, we cover most program costs, including resources, venues, lodging, and meals during our in-person gatherings.

    Participants are responsible for travel expenses. Some financial aid is available to ensure the program is accessible.

  • The program runs from September to May, with three in-person events (4-5 days each) and virtual learning in between. Weekly commitment varies but averages 5–10 hours, including online sessions, mentoring, and venture work.

  • We’re looking for early-stage ventures with:

    • A clear mission grounded in the Gospel.

    • A founder already taking tangible steps to launch or grow.

    • A creative or innovative approach to ministry.

    • A clear heart and calling for a people, place, or purpose.


    You can be a nonprofit, a for-profit business, a hybrid, or unsure. We’ll help you figure that out.

  • We don’t provide direct funding at this time. Instead, we connect you with a close community of values-aligned funders through our pitch events and networks. We believe there’s significant capital ready to support Great Commission work, and our goal is to be the premier community for funders seeking innovative ventures in the "Church and Ministry" space.

  • When you graduate, you join a growing alumni network of missional leaders who continue to support each other. You’ll also have ongoing access to resources, relationships, and opportunities to scale your impact.

  • Absolutely. If you’ve already gotten started—whether that’s a prototype, a pilot project, or a clear strategy—you’re a great candidate. We’re here to help you take it to the next level.

  • Applications open in March and close in June. Apply online, and our team will select a small, focused cohort of leaders who align with the program’s vision. Notifications go out in July, and onboarding happens in August.
